We offer free shipping within the USA. You can order as many items as you want, and you’ll never pay any shipping fees. We do not offer international shipping
DELIVERY TIME CALCULATION
Delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time.
1. Processing Time:
At Braveka, once payment is successfully completed, the order processing procedure begins immediately. Typically, this process takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday - Friday)
2. Order cut off Time: 5 PM (GMT) Eastern Standard Time (New York)
3. Shipping Time:
US Standard Shipping: 7-8 business days (Monday - Friday)
4. Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time+ Shipping Time
US Standard Shipping: 8-10 business days (Monday - Friday)
ADDRESS OR PRODUCT CHANGES
Any modifications made to the shipping address or products within an order may extend the processing time by an additional 1 to 2 business days. We always try to accommodate our customers’ requests to the best of our ability, adjustments to orders require careful review and coordination to ensure accuracy. Consequently, our team may need extra time to process these changes effectively.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number from the shipping company within 2–3 business days. You can track your order here.
ISSUES WITH TRACKING NUMBER
Tracking numbers may take 1–2 days to be updated in the carrier’s system. If the tracking number does not work within 3 business days, please reach out to us at info@braveka.com for assistance.
MISSING ITEMS
If you find any items missing from your order, kindly inform our customer service team at info@braveka.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.
